Distribution Transformers
We manufacture high quality, energy-efficient Distribution Transformers ranging from 10 kVA to 3000 kVA of upto 33 KV class. Customers can choose from a wide variety including Mineral Oil filled to Natural Ester filled or Conventional Transformers to Dry Type Transformers. We also manufacture transformers with Conservator fitting as well as Hermetically Sealed transformers. Our Distribution Transformers are ISI-marked or BIS-certified and type-tested at NABL accredited testing labs such as ERDA, Vadodara, CPRI, Bhopal and NTH, Ghaziabad.
Power Transformers
Power Transformers are manufactured at our facilities for upto 132 KV class. These transformers are used widely in substations and help in power transmission with minimal energy losses.
Furnace Transformers
We at Hi-Tech produce a wide range of transformers including furnace transformers for applications in furnaces meant for melting purposes. We are highly experienced in the production of these transformers and are regular suppliers to a number of furnace employing organisations.
Dry Type Transformers
Our Dry Type Transformers are specifically made for applications in critical and sensitive conditions. These transformers are devoid of any insulating fluid and thus, are better in terms of fire safety. Our Dry Type Transformers provide a number of advantages over conventional transformers such as lower risk of fire hazard, better mechanical strength and easier maintenance.
Completely Self Protected (CSP) Transformers
CSP Transformers are manufactured for high performance power distribution transformers. The differentiating feature of these transformers is that they are able to protect themselves from secondary faults, have lightning protection and an overload warning system. In case of a fault, these transformers isolate themselves from the system to which they are connected.
